Gentle tours
Those looking for light cycling tours will love the cycle path along the bank of the Achensee and can take a detour into one of the romantic side valleys. The Achensee cycle path is part of the Via BavaricaTyrolensis cultural cycle route which continues to the Inntal in one direction and to Munich in the other.

For mountain bikers there are countless forest roads that are open for cycling. Action-packed mountain bike routes lead up the mountains, where the breathtaking views will more than make up for the exhausting climb. The king of all mountain bike tours, a spectacular challenge, is simply known as the "Karwendel tour". With a distance of 237 km, a total ascent of 5,465 metres, it requires plenty of strength and stamina.
