From the 90°C hot sauna to the ice grotto and back - the Karwendel sauna area offers you the chance to try all kinds of temperatures. You can also enjoy 60°C warmth in the salt water grotto, 50°C in the mountain crystal steam bath or a mild 40°C in the laconium. At the same time, your sauna visit is a small journey of discovery with Alpine ambience and comforts akin to The Arabian Nights.

Sauna infusions and sauna peeling with our vitality trainer intensify your journey of relaxation in the Karwendel sauna area. At the wellness buffet you can find fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy tea and Grander water, as well as home-made syrups.
In between sauna sessions you can relax in the bright, panoramic relaxation room. Or you can feel as if you're floating on cloud nine on the warm water beds in the room of peace. To round off your relaxation process, we recommend a massage in the beauty and vitality garden.
