Tips for ski tours

On the slopes, on forest paths, or in untouched terrain – there are so many opportunities for ski tours at Lake Achensee. We recommend beginners to start with a climb next to the ski slopes and ski down the slopes to the valley.
More tips:
- Easy ski tours from Achenkirch are e.g. tours to the 1,654m Gröbner Hals peak or the 1,988m Juifen peak.
- Intermediate ski tours lead, for example, to the 2,157 m Kotalmjoch in the Rofan Mountains or from the Maurach to the 2,259 m Rofan peak.
- Challenging ski tours such as the tour to Rether Kopf at 1,926 m and from Pertisau to the Schneiderscharscharte at 2,027 m are technically challenging.
